This is always a hit!! I use a can of crescent rolls - it'south definitely the best manner - merely curlicue out the rolls - & follow the rest of the recipe - wrap the dough to cover the cheese & bake. its awesome. (Also, crumble some brown saccharide over the egg wash befor baking.)

This is SO easy to prepare, merely it looks impressive and tastes divine! Everybody will beloved it -- and you, for bringing it. A few changes: CHEESE - I always use brie wedges because they're more than readily available than the circles. They work fine. Even though I don't LOVE the rind when I swallow the cheese raw, I leave it on in this recipe and it all but tastes delicious when cooked. Also, the technique of freezing the brie before you lot cut it in one-half works splendidly. PRESERVES - Don't hold dorsum. I utilise about half an xviii oz. jar per recipe and, like I said, information technology tastes SO expert. ALMONDS - Aye! Add the shaved almonds in between the sandwiched halves of brie and preserves. You lot'll love it! TEMPERATURE - 400* F works well for me.

Everyone raved about this! I cut my brie in half and placed the preserves on the cut side. I made one with peach preserves, and ane with 1/four cup walnuts toasted in a tablespoon of butter and a tsp. of cinnamon then mixed with i/two cup of brown sugar. I rolled the puff pastry out with a rolling pin to stretch the dough for the two halves.Just be certain to seal the edges of the puff pastry well.I didn't brush it with egg and information technology was fine. You could use any kind of preserves and it would be fantastic. Information technology went so fast,I should accept fabricated two more!

Loved, loved, loved this uncomplicated and elegant recipe! I really used a 13 oz circular of brie, and had plenty of pastry to comprehend. I was a little concerned about cutting the soft cheese in half, then I put it in the freezer while my pastry sheet was thawing. Cut beautifully. I used raspberry preserves, made cute pastry leaves and berries for the top, and served on a cake platter with fresh raspberries around. Wonderful! This would be terrific for the holidays. Cheers and then much for sharing! Addendum 12/28/08: please note, I place the brie in the freezer only 30 minutes, I do not freeze it, just requite it a good chill to set up it upward for easy slicing! Promise this helps clarify, Wendy

This is by far the best appetizer recipe I've ever made and it turned out perfect! I made this for our wine club and people raved most information technology. I used a nineteen oz. wheel of Bire and half-dozen Tbl preserves. To help keep the preserves from leaking out the sides, I scooped out a small amount of the brie from the center of i side and filled with the preserves. I also used two sheets of puff pastry using the egg white every bit mucilage between the sheets. Information technology looked beautiful and thanks to all the egg white - no leakage.

I made this for Christmas Eve. I used philo dough because that is what I accidentally bought instead of puffed pastry. I used 7 sheets and brushed each canvas VERY LIGHTLY with melted butter. I baked in a footling hotter oven (400 deg) for only 20 minutes. Also sprinkled cinnamon sugar on the tiptop earlier baking. It was delicous! Everyone wanted the recipe. Give thanks you lot, Susan!
07/11/2003
This is a very practiced brie recipe. Some communication, make sure you lot broil information technology on a pan that has sides, and then that if the pastry brakes open, the oils from the cheese don't melt all over your oven (speaking from experience). ii of the 3 times I have made it the gluey has broken open while blistering, which makes information technology messy, just it is nonetheless worth making! Information technology is a very yummy mix. I have received many complements on it. I think side by side time I will try using half a wheel of brie, so the pasty wraps around the whole thing and I can wrap information technology a little more loosely so that mayhap it won't break! Proficient luck and Bon Appetite!
02/01/2004
Very skilful idea with the perserves we used a sugar free strawberry from Polaner. We generally make brie and serve an adriatc fig spread on the side so this was a prissy deviation from the normal. To keep the brie from leaking y'all need to brush each fold you brand with the pastry dough with egg, egg acts as gum and fuses your pastry dough together which the recipe does not tell you to do.
08/29/2002
This is incredible. I used a generous amount of preserves, added fair-skinned almonds and substituted crescent roll dough for the puff pastry. My family unit and friends loved it. Every bit a matter of fact, my hubby didn't even get to sense of taste it because the kids polished it off. This is definately a keeper.
12/14/2009
This sounds smashing and I want to make information technology, but someone please tell me how you eat this?
09/06/2003
Just magnificent! Couldn't be easier to prepare. My guests admittedly loved information technology! Tin be an titbit or a dessert - either way, for the amount of effort it took, this was a large, big winner! I used 2 sheets of filo - the outset with the tuck on the top, the 2nd on the bottom. One sheet solitary appeared to exist also sparse/flimsy. The advice to use a pan with sides to prevent leaking is an excellent thought. While blistering I had to pull mine out as well scoop up around the sides and then it wouldn't flow off the baking canvas.

I merely had a few friends for vino and cheese tonight. They were in Awe of this recipe. They could not believe that Martha Stewart herself had not personal dropped this off. I had put the brie in the Freezer for 30 min. Then It sliced in half perfectly. Made it with jalapeno jelly, then on top of the jellyI put dried cranberries rehydrated starting time and sliced roasted almonds. Tnen used Phyllo dough to wrap it. I beginning layed the brie on peak of 3 sheets of phyllo dough and wrapped the dough upwardly the sides then layed 3 more sheets on top and wrapped the dough downwards the sides so that the whole brie was now all covered up.I did the egg wash over the whole affair then topped with more of the cranberries and almonds. Baked it at 350 for 30 min. information technology got a cute gilt brown. Information technology held its shape cute. The phyllo dough turned out very buttery and flaky. I used a large brie round nineteen.six oz. Not much was left, simply what was left, my guests wanted to accept domicile. I will ABSOLUTELY make this once again !!

Silly Question? Do you cutting off the rind before putting it in the pastry ? I would think so, but it wasn't mentioned in the recipe.
05/09/2010
Pillsbury makes a non-perforated crescent sheet that works wonderfully to comprehend the brie. Bake at the same fourth dimension that the recipe calls for. Afterwards the first time, I cut it into quarters to put more preserves in it because it didn't seem like there was plenty. If you skip the egg white at the end, it will expand more than than you realize. I have found spraying a pan, putting downwards foil, and spraying the foil before putting the brie down helps reduce balance on the pan. Also, the recipe does not state to remove the rind off of the brie! This is an excellent recipe for parties. Everyone wants you to bring it over again!
01/02/2011
When Googling this recipe I establish varying oven temps and times. I settled on 400 degrees for 25 mins and it came out perfectly brown. I let information technology sit for about 15 mins and dived in! It was delicious!
11/22/2010
Love it! Only like anybody else has said, this tastes astonishing! I used the not perforated crescent rolls and several spoon fulls of apricot. I cut the dough in half. I used one one-half on the bottom and draped the other half beyond the acme of the brie. I smashed all of it together and bunched information technology on the top. Different the recipe says, to put the seam on the bottom, I felt it worked better to keep the seam on the top. I brushed all of the dough liberally with egg white and I had no leakage. It turned out perfect.
07/sixteen/2010
I used a cup cake pan and made picayune pastries, which i filled with cut up cherries and peaches topped with strawberry jams, leaving the brie in a strip on the bottom.
01/22/2011
Excellent!! My get-go try was wonderful! I wasn't serving a particularly large grouping, then I took two brie wedges and placed them side past side to create a rectangle. I did not take to chill the brie and was able to cut it every bit it was. I used unperforated crescent dough and raspberry preserves. I did non oil the pyrex dish in which I cooked information technology enough and had a hard time getting it out of the pan. Too, use the preserves generously. I thought I did when I made it, but it wasn't enough. Just, overall, wonderful, SUPER Piece of cake recipe.
07/10/2010
Dearest this! Have tried with all sorts of preserves and haven't found one I didn't like yet.
07/24/2007
Honey brie cheese. I have made this recipe so many times and modify it a little every fourth dimension I make it. I have used many kinds of preserves and basics. One favorite is apple tree butter on top of the cheese, wrap, seal, the top with i/2 c. dearest and crushed walnuts. Broil and enjoy. Sinful and neat with white wine.
01/29/2011
Very odd consistency...I liked information technology just virtually people who tried it did not like it at all.
12/x/2011
Fabulous! I used a large Brie wheel and a tin of crescent rolls. Brushed egg whites between pieces to proceed them from pulling autonomously. Used apricot preserves and walnuts....so good, served for app on Thanksgiving and everyone raved. Definately recommend putting cheese in freezer for 30 mins to make cutting easier
03/18/2010
Brought this to a party. Everyone loved information technology! Took almost 3 minutes to put together so just pop in the oven. I used 16 oz bike of Brie cheese, about 4 to 5 tablespoons of apricot preserves. Only used i sheet of frozen puff pastry (i/2 parcel) worked perfect even though it was a larger wheel of cheese.
05/12/2010
So like shooting fish in a barrel and delisious. I used this for a Mother's day titbit and used the rolled out cresent rolls for the crust. The chaff was thick, which I thought it should take been thinner at start but when eating it turned out bully as you lot use the thick crust and the dipper. I also served with sliced apples. Bully recipe which y'all can change up all the same yous want.
04/01/2012
Terrific! I used apricot just cannot wait to try raspberry or apple!
12/xix/2010
anybody said that they loved it. I would maybe even add a little more than preserves in between side by side time.
11/15/2006
I used rasberry preserves..this was great..I made a ton of apps and this one was completely gone. Anybody raved most it. Served with fruit..cutting upwards apples, strawberrys..etc. Edit: Side by side time I made it I did cut the brie in one-half to add the preserves..the brie melted all out of the pastry. I went back to adding preserved to height and lesser..this works best.
07/thirteen/2010
And then easy and then succulent! Definitely a hitting! I used raspberry preserves this time; I'll certainly keep rotating fruit fillings. Cheers!
xi/12/2010
Has ever been a hit at any party and it is And so simple to cook.
01/01/2006
I besides love this recipe! My recommendation is to use several sheets of philo pastry to wrap the brie (prevents leakage and as well forms an bonny, tasty crust. Also, as an alternate centre filling, garlic and sundried tomatoes works well.
06/21/2010
I would give this 10 stars! So adept! Leave the rind on the Brie. Doubled the amount of apricot preserves, sprinkled sliced almonds in the heart, and used crescent rolls to wrap it upwardly. Served with apple tree slices. My guests loved it! Very delicious and like shooting fish in a barrel!!!
03/16/2010
The taste was proficient, but I must've overcooked. Mine had a very flat shape and was visually unappealing.
02/16/2006
This is so simple to make yet tastes delicious. My hubby accidentally picked up a wedge of brie cheese instead of the cycle, but information technology still worked fine with i puff pastry sheet folded over information technology. I left the rind on the brie, brushed all the places where the puff pastry sealed upwards with egg white and baked it in an 8x8 Pyrex container. I slathered on the Apricot preserves without measuring it and just a tiny bit leaked out. Although it says to serve immediately, I wonder if letting it set might not exist better so the cheese doesn't ooze out like liquid since it'southward and then hot. I enjoyed the leftovers more, mayhap because the cheese wasn't oozing. I cut off just enough to eat and microwaved it on high for 30 seconds. My husband tried it this mode and thought it was delicious. I didn't demand to have crackers with it, the puff pastry was enough.
09/27/2010
I fabricated this for a bridal shower, and it was a huge striking! Information technology'due south fairly easy to brand AND makes a great impression on your guests.
06/01/2008
Keen fancy yet uncomplicated treat to take to a political party. You volition go many 'wow's when you bring this dish. Trust me, remove the rind. If not, it has a vague nasty aftertaste. Go all out and use extra preserves, almonds etc. Make sure you seal the pastry well. If it leaks, the cheese melts out and it looks messy.
01/01/2011
Excellent. Didn't add whatsoever fruit- merely wrapped the cheese in the pastry. It came out spectacular.
x/25/2011
Wow!!! I could take eaten the entire titbit by myself. It was astonishing! I used crescent rolls (so easy) for my wrapping. The egg wash actually helped concur everything together. And I followed the advice of ane reviewer who put the brie in the freezer for a half hour before slicing in half. Such an like shooting fish in a barrel titbit that looks and tastes like information technology takes a lot of work! :)
12/21/2011
So easy and so practiced! I used pear instead though, just cutting upwardly little pieces (maybe dime sized) of fresh pear and piled it on top of the brie, then covered it in pastry. UHMAZING!
12/27/2001
A really impressive and delicious appetizer for parties. I used 1/2 Pillsbury French Dough loaf instead of puff pastry (because that'due south what I had in the fridge). Turned out great. Everyone loved information technology. Cheers Susan!
03/26/2000
This is besides excellent with a garlic/herb spread instead of appricot preserves
12/12/2008
This was super like shooting fish in a barrel to put together....and came out prettier than on the movie posted.
01/18/2006
This is a delightful way to serve brie cheese. I have prepared information technology many times, and even the skeptics savor it. Piece of cake to make, sounds fancy....I never accept left overs. Wheat Thins seem to be the best to eat with this from all the times I have served this.
07/23/2011
I agree, this is so easy to brand and impressed my partygoers. I used crescent rolls, since I don't know how puff pastry works. Pinched the seams together, wrapped it around and cut off the extra sail stuff on the sides and used it to make the beautiful leaves as in the picture. It was really wonderful. I loved that information technology took 10 minutes to make! I used the freezer tip of freezing the cheese 30 minutes and it cut similar a dream.
01/26/2003
This recipe has earned a place of honor on my Christmas buffet tabular array! I made it exactly as the recipe stated, and information technology was a huge success. I fifty-fifty establish myself wishing I could hang effectually the Brie equally everyone else seemed to be doing! Cheers for the recipe, Susan!
04/25/2011
A hit! Very tasty and like shooting fish in a barrel to brand! I chose to use blood orange marmalade (about 5 tablespoons) in between the slices of brie and topped with sliced almonds. I rolled the puff pastry out so that information technology would be large enough to completely cover the brie. I cut off extra lengths of dough to make a beautiful topper. Brushed with egg white and it was cute AND delicious! * I practise recommend blistering it on a cookie sail, as some of the filling can leak out if the seams aren't sealed completely. Then transfer to a nice serving dish surrounded past crackers..
07/05/2008
Easy and delicious titbit. I covered the sliced brie with pineapple/apricot marmalade and toasted almonds. For finishing touch on I cut out stars from the corners of the pastry canvass to decorate the superlative, sprinkled with more toasted almonds and served with Ritz Crackers. I also baked at 400 for 30 minutes and it came out perfectly browned.
01/13/2002
This is the first time I have tried broiled brie and it was fantastic! I loved the combination of apricot and cheese..was so skillful. My whole family unit loved information technology! Cheers for the recipe.
09/12/2008
This was so like shooting fish in a barrel to make, and tasted fantastic!! Like other users I simply used the crescent rolls, and it worked great! It was so skillful, two of us ate the whole thing! LOL
01/01/2004
This recipe is definitely expert. I used a Pillsbury French Loaf and it was okay, though mine also leaked all over the pan as well. I'm not certain what to practise to stop the leaking, just my guests enjoyed it. I didn't know how much my hubby liked information technology until he asked where the leftovers went. I will work with this recipe until I figure it out. BTW, my grandmother used to brand monterey jack cheese and apricot jam sandwiches for me as a kid so I already love the combination of cheese and apricot. Likewise, maybe I'thou uninformed, but practise people normally gear up this with the rind or not? I peeled it off.
12/22/2009
Information technology was pretty skilful! I accept no idea why y'all would freeze the cheese though - information technology is like shooting fish in a barrel to become it into two circles. If yous get the crescent roll route, you tin can buy dough in a tin without any perforation marks on it. But brand sure you put the seam on top and seal it with egg white - I sealed mine on the bottom and at that place was gooey dough on the bottom with all the seams and excess. So next time I volition exist wiser! :)
06/28/2009
Wonderful! This was extremely easy and fast (the hardest part is cutting off the rind), and everyone LOVED it! I used a 15 oz. wheel of Brie, filled it with strawberry-rhubarb jam, and covered information technology with crescent rolls. Although some leaked out of the bottom, once I transferred it from the cookie sheet to the serving dish, it looked perfect! This was a huge striking at my political party and I'll definitely be making this once again!
03/09/2011
Loved it!
03/fourteen/2010
I KNOW this recipe is amazing! But I managed to royally screw information technology upwards and demand some help :( So I followed the directions exactly EXCEPT I used two sheets of puff pastry. I had it in the oven FOREVER and it never cooked both sheets. The outside was crisp and the inner layer mushy and doughy. And i used besides large of a brie wheel. When i took out of the oven, it notwithstanding tasted dandy on parts that were washed but I could not serve information technology like that. I actually want to make this over again and am mad at myself lol! Thanks for the corking idea, I hope that I go to actually serve it soon!
05/07/2008
This recipe is to die for, if y'all like brie. I used crescent rolls, and added sliced almonds inside with the apricot preserve. I served with crackers and granny smith apples. Yum!!
12/x/2004
This is the first fourth dimension I've ever tried to brand anything with Brie cheese, and information technology'll probably be the concluding. I followed the recipe to the alphabetic character, and mine turned out very salty and bitter. It was and so bitter that we couldn't consume it. The whole matter had to go in the garbage.
11/eleven/2009
Succulent and sooo piece of cake -employ more preserves than chosen for though. I have also used jalepeno jelly (information technology is green for Christmas!) instead of apricot and it was so incredibly good. It was non hot or spicy -it tasted sweet and paired nicely with the brie.
01/17/2008
Bang-up flavor. Very piece of cake. EVERYONE was impressed, even though they saw how uncomplicated it was to prepare! It was a striking! Use equally much preserves as you desire--the but recommendation I have is to make sure the pastry is sealed tightly around information technology and then you don't have leaks. ENJOY!
04/27/2010
In theory this is a good recipe, but I didn't care for the Brie cheese. I will try once again with a different cheese though. Thanks for the recipe.
x/17/2011
So practiced, so easy and so impressive! I made exactly as stated, only used a chip more preserves (used Bonne Maman - yum). I too added slivered almonds to the peak and sides - only brushed on forth with the egg whites with pastry brush. Super yummy. I served with crackers and apples. Adjacent time I volition skip the crackers every bit this was best with apples in my opinion.
02/06/2010
This was succulent! I missed the tip to freeze/chill the cheese showtime and so the cheese doesn't run out of the dough. I used a pepper jelly and it was great! Good the adjacent twenty-four hour period too! I made it for Valentine'southward Day and cut hearts out of the corners of the dough to put on pinnacle.
05/xxx/2000
I made this recipe for my niece's graduation party. It was excellent. The apricot preserves are an interesting combination with the brie cheese. Anybody loved it!
01/26/2008
I dear the preserves, but the last time I fabricated this I used caramelized onions and it was delicious as well. Great recipe!
12/18/2014
I accept made this recipe with the fruit preserves in the eye and it's fantastic. But when I'm in the mood for savory I brush the inside of the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated garlic (instant garlic breadstuff) then put Zesty Red Onion Preserves (Ball's Blue Book) in the middle. Talk about wonderful! In that location is just enough sweetness in the preserves yet it'due south withal considered savory. Serve with garlic crostini. Allow it cool down a bit earlier cutting and so it doesn't run out all over your platter.
04/24/2000
Very piece of cake and tasty. I added raw chopped almonds on top of the brie, before wrapping it in the pastry, which added nice flavor and texture.
12/10/2002
This tasted okay, a flake bland. I used blackberry jam and crescent rolls. Adjacent fourth dimension I will endeavour the herbed cheese substitution proffer.
12/31/2011
If you love cheese - this is so skillful. Excellent recipe and then easy. I employ the large bicycle and both crusts - ane on the lesser and so one on top and pinch both crusts together.
12/03/2008
SOOO good. SOOO easy. The perfect titbit! I made it with apricot preserves and added shaved almonds both in between the brie slices and on height of the pastry. Everyone at our go together LOVED this! The best part is - it looks as though you lot spent so much time making it, and information technology actually but takes a few minutes to put everything together!! Thank you lot for this delicious and sophisticated titbit!!
03/21/2008
I made this as an appetizer when we had some friends over and it was a huge hit! I served it with Ritz crackers and everyone raved about information technology. Just a few suggestions: DO Non FOLLOW THE ADVICE TO FREEZE THE BRIE! I did this and I couldn't take cut it straight if my life depended on it. It is much easier to cut just plain common cold from the frig! Also, I couldn't find a Brie wheel at the store, so I had to buy a wedge. If using a wedge of Brie all you have to do is cut information technology in one-half (not length wise, just like y'all are cutting the narrow end off a triangle) and put the halves side by side in the pastry to make it similar a square of brie. That makes it easy to fold up inside the pastry if using a wedge.
04/24/2011
A new vacation staple...first-class!
08/17/2009
OMG!!! I loved information technology, equally did anybody else. My guy doesn't even like cheese, only he enjoyed this. I also had leakage, but it was skilful too. Cheers, I volition get in once again.
04/22/2011
this was easy and impressive. I used saccharide free stawberry preserves and served w/ carrots and celery and Triscuts worked great, using a wedge next time to relieve myself from eating information technology all
03/27/2008
This is one of the tastiest things I've ever had. I pretty much followed to recipe exactly, just I did manner more preserves to suit our tastes. There is no reason to freeze the brie before cutting it in one-half. It cuts just fine. Also, exist very conscientious non to cook it likewise long. The consistency of the brie will change and it will become gelatinous. Beloved this!!!
11/27/2002
I added chopped almonds to the very height earlier wrapping in pastry dough. Anybody LOVED it!
09/11/2009
Fabricated two for girls night - one with walnuts and 1 without. Everyone loved it! I had no leakage - just brand certain y'all seal the lesser good!
12/thirty/2011
I take been making a baked brie appetizer for years merely when I saw this twist on the old favorite I had to try it. What a brilliant idea to add the preserves to the middle of the cheese! Less mess and a lovely presentation. I have fabricated it exactly as written 3 times already over the holidays this yr and information technology is always a crowd favorite. Only problem is there are NEVER any leftovers! Thank you so much for posting!!
06/xv/2003
I have had this recipe for awhile and was very dissappointed in it. It might be my error- I took the proffer of other reviews and used crescent dough and fabricated private appetizers. That is all I changed but information technology nonetheless didn't turn out equally I expected. Information technology was salty and more bitter than I wanted. I call back mine needed more than preserves. However, it gave me other ideas. Rolling the crescent dough with just the preserves (of any flavor) would be groovy I think. All in all, it needs some changes only was a proficient idea.
11/23/2007
We had this for our Thanksgiving appetizer. I used about half dozen sheets of Filo instead of puff pastry. It was a huge hitting. Next fourth dimension instead of apricot preserves I will try something savory for the filling--this is more than of a dessert than an titbit.
x/19/2011
This is a wonderful recipe, just try adding pecans along with the apricot preserves. Sooo adept, I couldn't cease eating it at a wedding reception!
12/25/2011
Made this for the showtime time and it was the biggest hit at the party.... information technology was gone!!!!!
12/08/2011
This is excellent! I make information technology with different fillings. The apricot preserves is nifty. Yous can also use caramelized onions with a flake of sage. Another nifty option is dried tomatoes and pesto.
07/thirty/2006
My guests loved this! I bought a wedge instead of a circular cheese and cut it in one-half to course a rectangle. This worked out not bad and was easier to wrap with the pastry. I would liberally butter the cookie sheet equally I had a hard fourth dimension removing it without breaking through the puff pastry. I also trimmed off the excess rind on my brie. The combination of the apricot preserves and cheese had an incredible flavor. I would definitely make this again.
12/03/2007
For a more savory filling: Thinly slice 4 medium yellowish onions (mandolines piece of work great) and slowly saute with 1 Tbsp butter until carmelized (takes almost 45 min). Stir in your apricot preserves and about one tsp salt. Cook slowly until well combined and flavors blend. Follow remainder of recipe (or y'all can pile the onions on superlative of a brie wheel and broil at 350 until gooey and bubbly if you want to skip the puff pastry. Serve with wheat thins.)
05/04/2008
good recipe simply I had a lot of other succulent appetizers at my party and this one didn't go equally fast. I besides substituted the puff pastry for crescent rolls.
01/31/2010
Made this for a family gather and it didn't go over very well. Ane fellow member said it was okay but the other ix weren't impressed. I did follow the recipe without exception.
09/xx/2011
Tastes really great!! I have used annihilation from fresh pears to raspberry jam to fig preserves. All gustatory modality great!!
01/02/2012
Loved this recipe! I didn't modify a affair and it was so easy to make, I volition definitely make this once more.
04/24/2006
Very yummy and gooey! I added more preserves than it suggested, crusade I really wanted the flavor. I also added some preserves on the height and sides of the brie before wrapping it up. YUMMY! Guests loved it!
01/18/2003
These were a huge striking at my New year'south Eve party. They were the first appetizers to go, and everyone asked for the recipe. Equally a footnote, these taste awesome when paired with red vino!
06/05/2002
This is truly a crowd pleaser. I put very generous amount of apricot preserves in information technology, and it came out wonderful. Hard to end eating!
10/19/2004
I fabricated this with pepper jelly, and information technology was crawly. I've been wanting to make it with the pepper jelly but was afraid to ruin the brie. It's the just way I'll serve it now. It was a big hit!! I also broiled it in a circular dish so any leaked out was captivated by the dough and, it didn't look then messy.
08/31/2012
So easy, yet so impressive!
ten/02/2006
Made this recently and everyone gobbled it upwardly! I added the shaved almonds per other reviews. Information technology's best when it cools downwardly and is almost room temperature. At that point you can really taste the wonderful flavors. Cracking recipe!
04/04/2002
WOW! In the words of my male parent-in-police "What a treat!" I'm not usually a brie cheese fan, but this was gorgeous and delicious. Thank you
05/22/2003
Yummy and easy. I used peach preserves instead of the apricot and crescent rolls instead of the puff pastry. This is going to exist a weekly treat for the family unit.
12/23/2002
Per the recommendations of other reviewers, used Pilsbury crescent gyre dough to wrap the brie. Had gotten an almost xx oz. brie, due to several people existence over, only we were also having dinner, so that size was far too much food and information technology didn't all get eaten...but I have to say I got lots of oohs and aahs over it, information technology had a lovely presentation, and it was very luscious. Keen party food. Hopefully I can salvage the leftovers!
02/08/2007
This was an absolute Hit at my birthday party! I will definitely be using this recipe again, and again.
